If they do not have anyone in the office and you are trying to do a virtual move-in, it gets a bit tricky. Had to do 6-7 phone calls to sort it all out. Prime Storageﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s call center people are super helpful though.

This storage facility is rather secluded, I would recommend larger flashier road sign(s) as I drove past the facility- several times. And I used my GPS. Everything is good! Nice fenced area, clean, dumpster is available and transaction was easily accomplished. Customer Service front desk was wonderful!
